Geneva Watch Days 2023

Documenting what happens at a watch show can be challenging - there are multiple venues, events, and parties to attend. There is no way to be everywhere all at once. Being present and in the moment, I capture what I see and the watches that are in front of me, allowing me to engage in meaningful conversations and beautiful photographs that capture the essence of each moment of an event.

The people

I set out to capture the people behind the brands and photograph those faces that probably aren’t as familiar to people within the watch industry, the small watchmakers and independent watchmakers who make up the industry, and the industry personal who are behind the scenes, yet make the watch industry such magical and special industry.

Make it stand out

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

The Ateliers

One of the best ways to learn about watchmaking and a brand, or an individual watchmaker is to visit their atelier. The sights, sounds, smells, and workbench can tell you a lot about a watchmaker. Is there a shelf of well-thumbed reference books? Are there espresso cups on the workbench? Is it sterile or does it feel personal and intimate? These small details tell you everything about a watchmaker or a brand.
